Pathetic assistance and no commitment

Last week I had to spend a week in Namibia for business. An unforseen crisis caused me to make more calls while roaming than normal and I ran into my credit limit. At great expense I called the Cell C 140 from Namibia on a landline to arrange to have my credit limit raised. My request was loaded onto the "system" and I was told that I will be contacted within 48 hours.

I could not wait and requested that they do a deduction from my bank account to bring me under my limit again. I was told that they will do a "re-submission" and I will be able to make calls the next day again. It did not happen and to resort to a local Pay as you Go on a borrowed phone.

Back in South Africa this week I am still limited on my calls and called 140 again. This time my request for a limit raise has been "escalated" and also a lot of stories on why the re-submission was not be done. I was supplied Cell C banking details and proceeded to pay money directly into their account in order for them to open my line again.

Called 140 again today and was told that I have to wait for my case to be resolved!!!

Please tell me Cell C, what more do you require from me to remove the restriction on my calls?
