My contract supposedly started today, however despite trying for the past week to call every single call centre number listed, submitting two web queries and even using their call back service, I am unable to get get hold of any representative of Vodacom. There is no answer on any call centre number, despite hanging on for 10 minutes at a time - considering I have had to battle for six weeks to get the contract open, have had to follow up with your consultants and even dealt with a supervisor to get hte contract opened, one would think that you'd at least deliver the device and SIM before the start of the contract period that you're going to debit my account for today. I've even taken a more expensive contract, because your consultant failed to order the device I wanted in January and I've had to take a higher spec'ed phone. What does a client have to do to make contact with you, because I think I've exhausted every possibility.
