VODACOM WAS SUPPOSED TO INVESTIGATE MY 2 CELL CONTRACTS, WHICH HAVE EXPIRED ALREADY EXPIRED, A WEEK AGO. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED FEEDBACK YET VIA HELLO PETER. THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME FOR THIS 24 MONTH CONTRACT WHICH EXPIRED END OF DEC2012 AND END OF JAN 2013. (24 PAYMENTS AS PER CONTRACT.
TO THE PUBLIC - THIS IS HOW VODACOM RIPS YOU OFF. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE PUBLIC COMMENT AND WANT TO TRY AND COMMUNICATE BY MAIL RATHER (HIDING THE TRUTH). DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND GO TO ANOTHER BETTER NETWORK WITH 99CENT PER MINUTE BILLING WITH REAL PER SECOND BILLING (AND NOT ONLY STARTING AFTER THE FIRST MINUTE LIKE VODACOM). OTHER NETWORKS ALSO HAVE MUCH CHEAPER AND BETTER DATA/INTERNET SERVICES. WILL BE REPORTING THIS EVERY 5 DAYS UNTIL I GET A REPLY FROM VODASKELMS AND UNTIL I GET FEEDBACK FROM THE MEDIA AND CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT.
