Telkom one of the worst servicing companies in SA!

After 7 calls to the call centre in 28days I have still not been able to get hold of someone at Telkom to cancel my line. Each time I get through to an agent at the call centre they just drop the line???

Telkom has to be the worst managed company in South Africa, seriously... Your service is up to!
