Top worst company Worst possible Service

While calls are being logged with Telkom (in my opinion the worst company worldwide) and close with no reason at all, they cannot be any worse at their job. My line has been completely unusable for the last 8 weeks, steeling my money, no service, might as well turn into a government company... The complete ignorance to any and all complaint astonishes me, how can a single company be so pathetic? if there was ANY other option besides SH*TKOM, i would take it, too bad dailup is also Telkom.
Well only one decent guy called me (James) and at least tried to do something, otherwise, nothing...
