Wrong Contract Sold and Now MTN refuse to change

I changed to MTN from another service provider, the contract sold to me 6 Days ago was not explained correctly - MTN neglected to inform me that I would be charged R2 per meg out of bundle, I then requested that my package be changed to the same value but with a TOPUP option instead. MTN have told me that this cannot be done. What happened to contract cooling off periods? Instead I was informed by Yongama to go and cancel my contract instead as that would be the only solution. Thanks MTN you obviously are not interested in my business.
