I upgraded my contract with MTN on the 5 September 2013 and chose a different package from what i had previously, i then requested to change it back to my top up 5days after and recieved a voicemail confirming it was changed, today i call the call centre to find out it was not changed, i then called the lady who assisted me with the upgrade (Francina) who seems to be clueless on whether it was changed or not the only thing she tells me is she will forward me the email she got from MTN and i still havent received that email. it has been less than 7days and im sure as a customer i can change my package, its either MTN changes it back or they cancel my contract completely and i refuse to pay anything after the 12 Septemeber as i received confirmation that it was changed to top up.
