No Phone and No network

I have 3 problems
1.Latest ID 1793795 for network coverage enquiry logged repeatedly past 6 months, no improvement in signal.
2.Upgraded contract 2 weeks ago, was promised new phone delivery. Apperently I wasn't home to take delivery. Called last week to say please could they call me before delivery. No delivery. Called again yesterday. Apparently contract cancelled, now have to call me again for new contract, still no call 2 days later.
3.Tonight surfing internet. I had a loaded databundle which silently ran out. No notification or stopping of service. Out of bundle use with Cell C amounting to R175 of airtime, which I did not know about until all my airtime was finished. NO notification that my bundle was depleted, Cell C just happily use R175 of my money for internet at R2/MB. Shocking call centre staff tell me what I already know. "Out of bundle rates apply"
I'm cancelling my contract and moving to another network with
a. Signal
b.Pro-active customer service regarding upgrades (who WANT my business)
(If there is such a thing in SA)
