Dear Sir,
Yesterday I loaded R29 airtime onto my daughters tablet (0762571674) to download Agry Birds Star Wars, we started downloading it and when it got to 11% left we got a notice no more data time available. I then loaded a Mymeg30 (R28) onto her tablet so that we could continue to download the Angry Birds Star Wars game, and again after a short while it said not enough data time.
I loaded a total of 60 megs and could not load a 41 meg game as I found out later.
Where is all the data/ airtime gone and why can I not download the game?
If I did not have enough data time to download the game, it should have told to increase the amount before it it and then the other 30megs, and still did not give me the game!
I want to charge Vodacom with as they have taken my money without giving me anything! The consumer protection act will protect me. All I want is the game downloaded and was quite prepaired to pay for it but I am not going to get ripped off!!!
I paid in R29 airtime and R28 mymeg30 and recieved absolutely nothing, in my eye this costitutes how do you see it.
