Dear Vodacom. I have a 500Meg Night owl Dongle Contract with you for R99 per month. As this is Purely a back up device, I have 2x2 gig, 1x 15gig and 1 Uncapped with other cell companies, I instructed Pmb Vodacom service center to put a Max Limit of R110 on the Sim, if data ever over ran.
I was told this was Done.

Now during a Major week of Power outages my data was "used" without my Knowledge to the Value of R1500 .

You have Since Turned my Sim off, told me i have to pay even if Vodacom forgot to Cap my account as Instructed, and I have not been allocated my Data for the balance of January or February as I have not been able to Connect for 45 days.

Check the CPA as you have an Obligation to Continue supplying my Data, as per my 24 month contract while I continue to Have R99 deducted from my account monthly, Otherwise this is a breach of contract and and I shall have no issue in Opening a case of with the Local SAPS.

My Sim number is: 0714933112. I expect my sim activated by 1 March 2013, and I want a call of Apology from you on 083 7772024.
