Data Dispute
To whom it may concern. I have a huge problem and it is affecting my pocket every month. I have logged a fault with 082155 and the feedback was overwhelming as the end result states that I have to contact ICASA and explain the problem to them. I feel this is unacceptable as I am a client possibly since Vodacom opened their business.
The problem is as follows:-
I have been billed on my number 0827722240 for data I used however a multi data sim was activated on the wrong number. The number that the multi data sim supposed to be activated on is 0828305590, my gig 1 package. This resulted that I was billed at R2 a Meg incorrectly as the multi data sim was activated on wrong cell number. I need to be refunded all the money spend on data for cell no 0827722240.
