Received a damaged BB9320, Call Centre-no response

I recently received a BB9320 (25.02.2013) from CellC, activated on the (02.03.2013) the battery life only lasts for a day. i have no Mxit, whatsapp, and other such applications and i surf the net for less than 90 minutes a day. the battery life just gets completely drained, surely this cannot be correct because in comparison my 2 yr old BB9780 lasts longer, even though i use it more often. i have tried many, MANY times to contact CellC regarding this, i call 084145 option 2, then option 3, and wait for close to 20 minutes (or over) only to have the call dropped everytime. this is very frustrating. it is funny how the option to "Upgrade or take a new deal" gets answered so quickly (i know cos i have 4 contracts with CellC), but yet when we call with problems with products then there is no service or answer.
CellC, please start concentrating on your existing customers rather than looking for new ones, as seemingly, you guys cannot handle the amount of customers that your'll have already.
An urgent call and some assistance regarding this wil be greatly appreciated.even as i typed out this mail, i have been 'on hold' with CellC for the past 30 minutes :-(
