Package suddenly changed

As previosly logged. cellc has not assisted nor even called to advise us why whe are being over changed on the contract we too. the 2control chat contracts we took out suddenly changed from R150 and R200 to a lot of money.

The agreement on the contract was we are on control chat 150 and we pay R150 a months and another one is control chat 200 and the fee on it is R200. we dont understand why it suddenly changed when they decided to change their system. when we go to the stor we are told that the contracts we are on are R350 for both, but the billing is completely different from what we receive on the statements that are being sent.

we decided that we wont pay this contracts until the contract is resumed to its normal fees which was agreed upon.
