I had 5 control chat contracts with Cell C. Recently I have cancelled one and will cancel the rest as soon as the contract period expires. For years I have not received any statements from Cell C by post. Each time I phone them up and ask for a statement they sent me a few. Now they tell me that I have to pay for statement. Originally we were told that statement will be send but itemised billing is charged extra. I indicated that i do not need itemised billing but that statements must be issued. This is not happening. When my wife's contract was due for renewal, we were told that control chat has been done away with and that we are no longer liable for upgrades. This has also not been corresponded with us. Cell C has actually changed the terms and conditions of our agreement without even advising us. The reason I took control chat was that our expenditure will be limited and because we had the option of upgrading every two years. Since this is no longer possible and since Cell C fails to communicate or even provide statements I am of the opinion that they have lost integrity. Add to this the fact that the signal is still weak after numerous complaints I feel like we are done in.
