Absolutely non-existent signal in Secunda

I've complained so many times via 111, got a 'case number', and a couple of excuses via sms... But this signal issue is costing me a bucketload of money! For what?? Would you pay R12 per litre of petrol if they put water in the tank?! I am in big at work, because I can not be reached when I'm on standby!! Thank you Vodacom... Will you feed my kids when I loose my job?!?! A 2Mb picture has to be downloaded 10 to 20 times, it gets to either 60% or 80% and drops the signal, who the is paying for that wasted data?! ME. Is this not against the CPA principles?? I've heard from many friends in JHB and PTA that Vodacom comes out to their house to check the signal, and if the problem is on VC's side, they supply and install a booster for free or very little charge. Why are Secunda clients getting zero to no service?! Plus how can a modem with 2Gb cost R199p/m but on the phone a 250Mb bundle is R189 (more or less)??? 'case no.' S3-SFR4I-IFJU1. Please Vodacom, come to the party!!
