Cell C doesn't seem to want my business

Based on Cell C's new advertising drive, I made the decision to port away from Vodacom after 12 years as a contract client. On 8 March, I took out a contract with Cell C, with an i5 included. I sent through all the documents and bank statements required, and the consultant said all was in order, but there was a 2-3 week waiting list for the phone. Fine, since I informed her my notice period with Vodacom ran until month end. A few days later, Cell C tried to port me and, of course, failed. I then emailed the porting department to say they could only port me on 1 April. No problem, they said, phone us back when the phone is delivered. I phoned earlier this week to check on progress, only to be told my contract has now been cancelled because the port failed! Was told yesterday that the sales consultant would be told to "recapture" my contract. I also emailed the consultant, and customer care. No response. Again. Called back again today, was cut off midway being told, yet again, that my contract had been cancelled. I have nowhere left to turn, since the call centre is unwilling or unable to help me. Cell C, do you want my business? Or should I just go back to Vodacom?
