Poor, poor service delivery

This is report number 6 and still no solution. After the last report, I was contacted by Dumisani Khumalo, who apologised profusely and said he would take control of the problem and e-mail me information on how to sort the problem out. After 2 weeks, NO E-MAIL. I then called the call centre and spoke to Mpho Ditshibane, who apologised profusely and said he would contact Dumisani Khumalo to follow up on the progress. AFTER 7 DAYS, NOTHING FROM EITHER OF THEM.

This has been going on for 10 months now. The service is beyond terrible. I call, I get apologises and then as soon as the call is ended, so does all the follow up. It disappears into the system. How can a company operate like this. At what stage does someone take responsibility. How many times must I call customer service and get empty promises. Have these people not heard of the Consumer Protection Act.

CELL C ONCE AND FOR ALL, CONTACT ME AND SORT THIS OUT AND BEFORE YOU CALL, DON'T ASK ME WHAT THE PROBLEM IS, LOOK ON THE SYSTEM AND LOOK AT THE 6 HELLO PETER COMPLAINTS AND THEN CALL ME WITH A SOLUTION.

This is a gross violation of my consumer rights. If I stop paying, you'll be very quick to threaten legal action.
