Four (4), let me repeat that... FOUR Hello Peter reports over a period of 9 months and I still have no solution to my problem.
I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE EXPERIENCED SUCH A LACK OF INTEREST FROM A COMPANY, OR SUCH INCOMPETENCE!
No matter what I do, who I call, nothing is done. It is so frustrating. No one is responsible or accountable. Red Bull Mobile/Cell C could triple my bill and cut my phone off if they wanted to and there is nothing I could do, as no-one will respond or actually try and resolve the problem. I have had bad service from day one (now 13 months into my contract) and add a useless faulty phone and poor connectivity to complete the picture.
I can't understand How a company like Red Bull can associate themselves with such a poor product.
What do I do? They have completely stopped responding.
