26 Feb 2013 12:17 - 16:22 I was billed R1150 for data that was never used and proof provided of this.

My router graphs show that there very little activity on my 3G connection during this period as both my wife & I were not at home but at work.

IF the data bundle is exhausted it was supposed to terminate any transfers as it has been doing for as long as I have had this account (see 21 Feb 2013 for example) but 8TA decided to bill out of bundle without consent.

Spoke to Kgosi Ngake repeatedly during 27 Feb with no luck and numerous failed promises.

Spoke to Refile Mashapa today who refused to provide case number even though stating she is not refusing.

Transferred to manager Phomlani Mokoena who kept insisting that I agree midday is the same as midnight??? He promised to call back but never has.

Agents are polite but provide absolutely no assistance and fail to deliver on any promises. Mangers is significantly worse.

8 attempts to phone Phomlani resulted in 8 phone calls being cut off.

I can prove that I did not use the amount of data quoted during the period quoted but nothing is being done about it!

I need this resolved!
