Excessive Data Account

I have been using about 500 meg data per month for the past 2years. In December 2012 my Novemver account shows GPRS-R2435 with no explanation as to when it was used. I have tried to get a detailed data statement for the period from them for months without success. E-mails, faxes, letters and phone calls-no results!
I am at a loss as to why I am given a run around by this company.
