Excessive usage

Since I've received my Vodacom modem two months ago (2 GB) I had to pay an additional ( -) R2 000 per month for the extra data that I use. I've been with MTN for more than 2 years - this has never happened. I do not use more data - in fact, I use LESS! I am trying to get Autopage to respond to my queries (e-mails) but nothing happens!
