So in February 2013 i no longer needed a internet solution at my shop, so as before stated by telkom, i waited till last day of the month and canceled the whole thing, over the phone as well as by mail, line and internet, telkom confirmed and stated that i might have to pay the line rental for one more month as you need to give 30 days notice, but for the internet part they said would be immediate, also i paid everything in full that same day as they insisted, yet a few weeks later i received a bill for the full amount again, after phoning back and waiting 2 hours they said nothing has been canceled, so i canceled it again, yet a few weeks later i got the same bill again, and now i am being threatened to be black listed if i dont pay, and i know there are so many people out there that gets the same service as i am, you have to waste hours and hours on the phone to get this done, and just who is going to pay us for all the money we loose having to spend all that time on a phone?
