I went in into East Rand Mall Branch to do a sim swop. Having experienced problems, the swop was finally finalized and I had at the same time done a change of pricing to 8ta more. I recharged my sim with R60 and never received the free R60 airtime that I am supposed to get. I called the Branch and they assured me that within 72 hours that it would be done. It has been more than a week and still nothing has happened. I called the call centre and requested to speak to the manager as the agent told me he can do nothing. He referred me to his team leader who also said he cant do nothing and they dont have a manager. What appaling service and how can we be expected to receive such inadequate service.
