I took a contract with MTN Direct on 13 December 2012. i requested them to cancel the contract due to bad attitude and faulty phone. I requested Abel to cancel the contract instead he sent me another faulty phone. i sent him a contract cancellation letter. He did not forward it to legal department as promised. The letter has been with him for 21 days to date. Please help i want to cancel the contract. when i called MTN DIRECT today i spoke to SINDI she told me that i had returned sim card only but i know i had dropped the handset and sim card at MTN Polokwane Thabo Mbeki Street with Joyce.
