Cell c delivers a faulty hand set & billed me

I joined the contract with cell c in june 2012 for Huawei S7. The handset was faulty on delivery (not connecting to email, blue tooth and internet) and later was collected and indeed confirmed faulty. The second new one was also partly faulty (not connecting to email and blue tooth). I requested cell c to cancel the contract because the device could not meet my expectation and they refused. Cell c was billing me and i was paying my monthly instalment until October 2012 even though i was not enjoying the full benefits of the hand set. I took it to Cell c store in Wonderpark and they refused because they say that cell c send people there to drop their faulty hand set and never came to collect them (cell c
I took it to Cell C in Parktown and requested the termination of the contract because was not benefiting me and the lady in the name of Nthabiseng (Team Leader) refused to cancel the contract and said she will send the hand set to Techicians to look at it and will arrange to stop the payments. Until today i did not receive it & cell c said i owed R 836.00 for service i did not use. Frustrated i need termination of contract. Cell c failed me terribly.
