On 31 January 2013 I complained about Cell C's network and their customer service! It's nearly a month now and they have done nothing whatsoever to assist me in my problem. If you phone them - the requested network investigation form is send through to their technical department and that is how far it goes.
Never did they contact me or tried to resolve the persisting problem. Their service is actually non-existing!!!
Will not renew my contract at all with them neither suggest them to someone else!
