Frustrating Porting Service

I decided to port my number from MTN to CellC in search for quality service instead met with a bunch of nightmare. I purchased a sim card from a local till store which i never knew about multiple CellC services and varying sim subscriptions from cell c to red bull mobile etc. After porting i was unable to use my BIS from my blackberry which remains my major working tool for business communications as registered with running a network of business in marketing. I contacted the call centre and their support departments all i could get was conflicting ideas i bought over 10 sim cards in one day in frustration as per different request from untrained staff at call centre all in attempts to get service i want to no avail. Until date the porting to CellC is a severe nightmare that has affected my business negatively and so stressed. All i want is either get proper service or they allow me get back to MTN without conditions of waiting period. I can't bear it anymore
