I complained about my network coverage and was told to fill in a Network Problem Investigation Sheet which I did. I sent it through on 06/08/2013, and requested a fast reply. I even received a read receipt. It has now been three weeks. In my opinion that is not a fast response. Please let me know if the problem will be sorted or not, as I have seen on the Internet that a lot of people are complaining about the Cell C network that is giving so many problems. I have a Blackberry, so when the network is giving problems my phone means nothing to me as then I cannot send BBM's, WhatsApp or even SMS's. And nobody can get hold of me either because my phone just goes directly to voice mail. I pay for my phone every month, and it does not help if I pay for something that is useless to me half the time. If this problem is not sorted out very soon I will have no other choice than to rather port my number. I cannot continue to struggle with my phone like this.
I even phoned Cell C technical support at one stage and was told that they do not know when the problem with the network would be sorted out, but that they were aware of it. Not even an estimate. This is actually ridiculous!!!
