We live in the heart of Sandton, Parkmore to be precise. We have had ongoing issues with poor signal both on cel phone and 3 G coverage. When we call 808 to report we can hardly hear the operator. I have called 3 times for assistance, I have received a ref number and I have been told that the problem is being 'escalated' and that someone will call to make an appointment in 10 days. We have been waiting since 8 February which was the last time we reported the problem, and again was told its being 'escalated' and someone will phone. No one has phoned. I said I'm just waiting for my contract to expire to reconsider my options. No apology, no empathy nothing... we continue to wait
