I pay MTN does not supply

This is a 4 year on-off problem that I have had with MTN coverage in the President Park, Midrand, but for the last 3 months it has been sever. The area suffers with a coverage problem, that at times there are no coverage at all. On 7 July I had no signal and could not make any calls for close to an hour. I have reported this matter, received a reverence number three month ago, after having to ask for a number as they did not give me one at first. To date the problem still exist. I have had technical people out but still no solution. I have on contract two phones and a modem for business and my account is up to date yet MTN does not provide there side of the agreement, signal coverage. When I enquire about cancelling the contract MTN insist that I have to pay my outstand contract time as there is no fault with the phone they supplied me with when signing the contract and that coverage isn't there problem? I have tried to contact their head office and have been promised on various occasions that I will be called by the marketing director but like the coverage I am still waiting.
