Mtn charges incorrectly

I have 2 phones on one contract
In November 2012 I ordered data bundles for both phones which Mtn has confirmed this through recordings of conversation.

The data bundle was NOT loaded on the second phone account and I have paid astronomical amounts for 2 months now and NOTHING has been done about it.

I am still waiting for the credit they owe me.
