I have been speaking to MTN so much about this. My account has always been max of R550 and nothing has changed, no new apps or uses, and all of a sudden two months in a row it is close to R1000. I called and called and tried to figure out why I'm being billed out of bundle rates for data that I'm supposed to have on my contract.

I spoke to Goodness Khosa on Friday and she confirmed that the 350MB that was supposed to be loaded as part of my contract has not been loaded and that she will log it. I asked if I would be refunded, and she merely said no, the data i missed out on will be credited to my account. I explained to her that I don't want the data from the months back, I want my money back - it's R400 in charges that should not have been charged for October and November each.

I have been loyal to MTN and have been with them for years, but this is insane!
