Poor billing structure or incompetent staff

I have been having problems with the billing structure or maybe the staff handeling my account is just plain incompetent.

First bill of R1845.86 that got "credited" with R1107.99 after me spending a few hours editing their spreadsheet to show them that they are billing me incorrectly.

Then I get a message saying my line has a soft lock for over useage when just prior to that I still had more than 20 free mineuts and more than 50sms's along with more than 70mb data. Where does the soft lock come from?

If you ever want bad service sign a contract with Nashua Mobile!!!
And the worst part about the whole thing is you pay them to give you bad service.

From day 1 till now I have had extreemly poor service and a plain forward "I Couldn't Care Less attitude from Nashua Mobile. Starting from the branch at The Glen through their call centre right up to the Head Office.
