I only had a contract with Nashua Mobile for two months, but I had to pay crazy amount of money. On the 19th of June I went to Northridge mall for a soft lock and insurance for my fone. When I realised that I had to pay R3 899.80 for July, I asked asked why I was told that the soft lock was not done. I lodge a complaint ever since, because it was not my fault that the agent did not do what I requested. I have been calling and emailing and still no help frm Nasua mobile.

This month I had to pay R 3652.60 so in 2months I had to pay Nashua mobile R 7550.40 for the mistake that their agent did. Worse part is I'm not getting any direction as how will I be reimbursed for their mistake. I email day in and out without any help.

Out of all this my son is suffering for their mistake, as he cant get most of the things he used to get because I have to pay such an amount of money to Nashua Mobile.

All I need is an explanation, my money back and for heavens sake, a proper customer service. What happened to courtesy and follow up calls to inform the customers of the progress or non thereof of the complaint?
