After six months of the worst service I have ever been exposed to with Nashua Mobile double billing me, billing me for items I never had, I cancelled my contract with them.on the 28 Feb 2013. For six months I had to email, phone and drive in to their branch 40km from my house at least twice a week to get them to sort it out, but they just carried on billing incorrectly and didn't seem to care. So I thought the only way to end this would be to cancel the contract and go on to prepaid.
I received an account in March which I paid. I then received accounts for April for subscription services and airtime, data etc.
I called the call centre and they assured me it was a mistake and they would remove my details from their system for good.
Lo and behold, I have now received another bill for services, clip etc etc. none of which I am subscribed to have used.
Nashua Mobile refuse to take my details of their system and keep billing me month after month even when I no longer have an account with them.
And their attitude is they couldn't care less - rude, arrogant and not even an apology.
