I had a previous complaint on the stock of the i phone 5 after which Cell C contacted me very soon to sort it out. I was applying for an upgrade on my contract that expired now in February.
Now they have put the i phone on a new contract instead of an upgrade. I received the new phone delivered to me on 15 February and have been trying since then to get that phone on my original number where it was suppose to be from the beginning. My latest response is to have answers within 48 hours. Last week it was suppose to be sorted out within 72 hours - no luck. This is really taking the joy out of having a new phone.
