Repairs on Blackberry will take 8 WEEKS!!!

My Blackberry is giving problems, the track pad is stuck and I cannot make any calls or send bbms, or smses. I went to Vodacom in Hermanus just to be told that it will take 6 to 8 weeks!!! How on earth? This is horrible service. They dont have loan phones, and even though the phone is still under warrantee, I have to be without a phone for 2 months. INSANE! My blackberry is about a year old, now I have just it up.
VERY VERY BAD SERVICE!
