Contract Upgrade done without my knowledge!

Hi, my contract has been upgraded and I can not get the upgrade reversed as I am getting pushed from pillar to post. A few months ago I got a shock and a extremely high phone bill, it then came to my attention that I must of misplaced my sim card as someone else was using the account and running up my bill. I then contacted Cell C and asked them to please block the sim card.

This was done and I was happy and sure my problems were at a end. My son needed a new phone and I wanted to upgrade the number and get a new phone. It was with shocked that I learned that the upgrade has already been done during July, I have asked for details ect, but until today no luck with any information.

I phoned Cell C again this morning and still no joy. I hope Hello Peter can assist me I am paying for a upgrade I have now not done. I would like to resolve this matter in order for me to proceed in upgrading the number, until the mess up has been sorted out I am not able to do anything.
