Poor connection

My name is Terrence M, I subscribe to cell-c data service contract as from January 2013. Am currently using IPAD 2 with cell c micro-sim for Internet connection- to my surprise NETWORK SIGNAL always strong but am struggling to connect or to check my Emails.am honestly disappointed with this kind of service am receiving from cell-c network, am thinking of terminating this nightmare contract with an immidiate effect on ground of poor service.
