TELKOM CANNOT SHOW ME MY ADSL USAGE

I received an email on 02-08 advising that I had 5 gigs available. Early on the morning of 04-08 I received a mail advising that 4.2 gigs had been used... IN ONE DAY?! Normally I use 5 gigs in a month.
After calling 10210, I was advised to write to [Email Removed] I duly did so and requested a detailed report on the usage on the day in question. Their response was that I should switch off my router when not in use, check my spyware etc. I am not requesting a solution to future problems, I would like to see a detailed report of what occurred on my adsl line on that particular day.
Surely if I am expected to pay for the usage, I should be able to see what I used? I will not accept someone telling me "sorry you used it all up" (as was the case on my third call to the callcentre)
