Very Bad Service

I reported my service was not working on the 11/2/2013 and was assured that this will not happen again and guess what my tel is down again and I tried to report the problem but I get this "Unfortunately your request could not be completed. An email was sent to a call centre agent to either capture the fault on your behalf or to contact you with more information. " This is only the 6th time that my phone is not working in the last 3 months that I moved to this place. I know if I report it you will just forward a email that you received my fault and that's it - and it seems that that is the only thing you are good at. And to top this off on my bill for this month I get added a R483 excluding VAT service fee (for What I don't know) - still truying to find out
