NO FEEDBACK FROM A MANAGER!!!

15 Feb 2013 I called Altech to query my bill &usage -Spoke to Jochem Singh Ref: A1302152756 who couldn't assist me. I asked for the manager (Wayde Abrahams) &was informed he will call me back in 2hrs. After 2hrs NO CALL so I call back. 1. I have a 2GB at R149/mon contract-why has my usage exceeded 2GB? I was under the impression it was capped at 2GB; no notifications received that 2GB were going to expire; 2.Confused that I can use 5MG in 1min. Wayde suggested they get the recording to hear what the agent advised &get a list of the websites visited; recording would take 2days. NO FEEDBACK! 21Feb I call again asking why I haven't had feedback on the recording. He says my upgrade was >6mon ago, so they must refer to back office for investigation& he will request urgent feedback for Mon, 25 Feb. NOTHING DONE SINCE 15TH! I ask about website list -he didn't log the request, needs my permission &will send form immediately. He referred me to agent Samantha for ref no. (A1302211992) to log query to back office. I asked why it wasn't done already &she says they referred it to retentions but retentions hasn't come back to them.
NO FEEDBACK; MISINFORMED; WASTE OF TIME &MONEY; STILL NO FORM!!!
