I'm a very patient person and personally I've never really understood why people liked complaining so much BUT when it takes you 4 weeks go up and down to a MTN shop trying to acquire an internet contract, I guess that's where even I draw the line.
I have never in my entire life been witness to such terrible service. The people at MTN have no consideration and respect for their customers. They don't seem to think that the customers are important and don't see the need to resolve any of their issue in appropriate time. Is it maybe because they think they have enough people on their network? Seems that way because I for one feel that they think they don't need my business.
Firstly I went to the shop and applied to obtain a contract from them for the uncapped lite modem for R320 pm. It took a whole week to get that approved and them when I went their they told me that the modem was not available in store so that took another week. When I went there in my third week to pick up my modem and my newly approved contract they told me that the line could not be activated because my credit limit was too low. NOW it's been three weeks and I've been in and out of this store for 3 weeks at least
