I have being sending e mails to auto page to tell them that they have billed me incorrectly for months now. It has taken them 5 months to sort out a payment i made which they miss allocated. They then have the nerve to bill me reconnection fees when it is there fault. I pay this account via eft every month. Now I see on my bank statement they have debited me for these fees. How did they even have the right to just debit my account. This is the second time I have done a complaint. When you want to speak to a manager you just get told it has been done and then I look at my banking details to see they debit my account. This is absolutely outrageous who do you go to when it gets this out of hand.
