BAD FEEDBACK AND NO COMMUNICATION

Upgraded my contract at the Galleria branch on the 6.04.13 -Blackberry Curve 9320. The following week I used my new phone and the calls kept cutting off. I then downloaded the BBM updates and thereafter could not access my BBM. I called client services to reinstate the BIS and this still did not work. On the 11.04.13 went back to the Galleria store and left my phone with them to download the software and collected after work. They could not get the phone to work either and said that there is a software problem and I would have to take the phone to Gateway as they have a Repairs department and it would be quicker for them to sort out the problem. NOTE: "From the date of receiving new phone until I reported problem (11 Apr), I was within the 7 days time-frame". I only got to Gateway on the 20.04.13 and they also tried to do all the uploading etc... and nothing worked; therefore the phone had to be sent to their JHB workshop. I received SMS confirming the job number and phone handed in. 2nd SMS confirming sent to workshop and 3rd received by JHB. On 26.04.13 called JHB and they said phone was ready so went to collect and was told the phone was still in JHB. Not heard anything more
