I am so sick and tired of 8ta! I absolutely do not know where to go or who to speak to anymore- I took out my contract last year in July/August and from day 1 it has been problems with them!! This is now the 2nd time they have taken an amount from my bank account that I did not authorise- since when can they just take any amount they want??? I phoned them in January 2013 to cancel the debit order but to no avail. I AM SO SICK OF 8TA! I will in my life never again take a contract with them. And when you phone their contact centre all they say is sorry for the inconvinience- if you did your job right in the 1st place I would not have had this inconvinience!!
