I am extremely dissapointed at the service recieved at your clearwater mall branch. I took my cellphone into the branch on the monday to have the speaker in the iphone 4 fixed, I was charged around R600 to fix the phone, when I recieved the phone back, as I did not collect it, the volume buttons, silent lock button and audio jack were not functioning as well as the wifi and bluetooth were not functioning as before. These were working fine when I took the phone in to be fixed!!! I The problem which I took the phone in for in the first place has not been fixed either!!! On Saturday I took the phone in as I was told to, the manager and man who fixes the phone told me that it is not their problem that they damaged the phone and that he will take a look and charge me for anything that needs to be replaced. He then said to me I should have brought in the phone on tuesday after he admitted that I did phone and explained that I would be bringing it in on SATURDAY!! The man told me to get out of his shop and that I musnt come back and that he wont touch the phone. Any damage is my fault and that now it is the motherboard is damaged and I must have it fixed at my expense otherwise get out!
