Insurance claim never processed

I have a Blackberry 9300 that I booked in with the Tygervalley Vodashop for repairs that should have been done via insurance claim. they sent me 3 sms's that week to tell me to come collect my phone. When I got there the phone was never repaired and I had to book it in again. The following week the phone was repaired and I had to pay for it myself. I have insurance on my phone with Vodacom and am paying for it with my monthly contract fees.
