Cell C
TOTALLY USELESS!!!

My fiance and I have been struggling with Cell C for over a month now and getting pretty fed up with their and excuses. We can't phone out or send messages.
A pop-up message comes up and says that the call has been barred. We phoned customer care almost everyday to get this fixed. The consultant we spoke to told us that this was due to nonpayment but we are up to date with our instalment, we then send them proof of payment, he said that they will fix it. We phoned them recently because the phone is still barred and the consultant told us that it is not barred and should wait a bit. We phoned again and spoke to another consultant and she said that the phone was still barred! We just want this sorted out A.S.A.P because we have been paying for something we can't use and that is unacceptable.
