NATURE OF COMPLAINT: feedback, response, No delivery, Call Centre - could go on and on and on.

AS PER MOST COMPLAINTS: Uncapped ridiculously low. No response to mails (except stupid generic reply always sent). Call center must be the worst call centre in the country. Always kept on hold for at least 30 minutes.

TRIED TO CONTACT THEM: No response.

TRYING TO CANCEL SERVICE: No response.

AND TO CYBERSMART, DON'T EVEN BOTHER REPLYING WITH YOUR STANDARD PATHETIC RESPONSE.

JUST SEND ME THE INFO TO CANCEL THIS SERVICE.
